Only if it's an M3 Sedan. If then, every part will swap directly to your 328. The bumper will even be an upgrade. The radiator, lights, and fans are the EXACT same across all E36's (except 318). The engine(clutch) fan has had small changes over the years but they are only improvements. All small hardware parts will also match up.

If it's a coupe only the radator, fans, bumper and lights are able to be swapped.

So far the only car that may or may not fit was the 318 and the M3 because of possible body style differences you didn't mention, coupe & hatch.

If it's a sedan, everything WILL fit. Oh, and buy a new radiator...the OE ones have too much plastic and the hose connecting regions break off.

From the looks of your past few questions, you seem to want to salvage any and all model years of E36 to repair your 1996 328i. Did you wreck your 328i and are trying to repair it by buying cars from junkyards? Or did you buy a wrecked 328i?

The problem is you seem to be wanting to fit different model E36 parts to the 328i. Why don't you just get a 328i or even a 325i (a close match)?

While you will probably have no problem matching some body panels and bumper to your car, you will have problems when it comes to engine parts because the M3 has a bigger motor requiring bigger cooling capacity - so radiators and fans would be different... and your previous questions involving 4-cylinder E36's are smaller engines requiring smaller cooling capacities.

In fact, even though cosmetically the M3 looks similar to a regular E36, it is a very different car inside. Brakes, suspension, engine, transmission even the monocoque chasis is different.

If you cannot get a 1996-1998 328i, try getting a 1995 325i. You will have much better luck then.

Many parts are different for the M3 vs. the 328i. Contrary to what has been said, quite a few of the parts will NOT swap over even if it is a sedan. The suspension, in addition to the engine, is different.

To see what is the same and what is different, part by part, go to realoem.com and match up part numbers for both cars.

From the looks of the the two cars, I think some of them would, hood-maybe, fenders-likely, lights-likely. Radiator and fans might be a tight fit, cuz an M3 has more power and probably needs a more powerful (larger) cooling system.
