We are all using the same GAS MIX. Its not the GAS MIX. Why would mine smoke more than my co workers saws?

Are they the same brand and size? Different brands and sizes use different fuel/oil mixes. The air filter could be dirty or the fuel/air mixture not set right on the carb. The age of the engine may also be a factor. A worn engine may smoke more due to lower compression. Weak ignition may also cause incomplete fuel burning.

If the thing has an air-fuel adjustment try that. Sounds like the mixture is too fuel rich. Just guessing.

Check the air filter element and carb needle settings.
