Who made the working scale model of a Ford 427?

It was on an old episode of 'Home Improvement'. Someone actually made a fully functional scale replica of the old Ford 427 V8. I was wondering if anyone knew who that was, and if they have a website. Thanks!

Close Fordman, but those are plastic kits, and the one on Home Improvement was an actual metal, fully functional, running, gasoline powered, scale replica.
