Help with Security Certification?

Whenever I tried to sign in Comcast webpage something comes up saying There is a problem with the websites security certification. and recommends to close webpage and not to continue. How can I fix this?

If you know that the website you are going to is the correct one, just accept the certificate. If you install the certificate on your computer it should stop asking you.
