Yes, the groom removes it, or lifts it to "kiss the bride at the end of the vows and then the ceremony is usually over and you turn around and walk "out" with your face showing to the guests.

I believe it is personal preference. I know my boyfriend is the one for me, and I have already let him know that I am not wearing a veil on wedding day!

I think its a personal preferance but usually when the father walks the bride to the alter, he lifts the veil to kiss her cheek..........but if its your wedding you can choose that........

You can do it either way. Either your father will lift it when he hands you to your other half. Or your newly pronounced husband lifts it to seal the union with a kiss .
