Slow, a turtle could move faster. I live on a mountain that only has cable connection. I have been the first to answer a question, but by the time I get to the answer page, and then to the preview page and then submit, 4 or 5 people have already answered the question.

My internet used to be slow, but now my parents got high speed, so it's pretty fast.

I'm just glad I don't have to pay for it.

I have high speed broadband. A new computer too though. That may be the difference. Sorry for your troubles.
