I'm only 19 too. Still pretty much underage for gambling and clubbing. But.. In vegas, you'd find plenty of things to do! Just start by walking down the strip on Las Vegas BLVD!!
The Venetian has a nice scenery as if you were in Italy. You can also ride the gondola, it's pretty romantic.
Caesar Palace has it's place set like if you were in the ancient time in Rome.... and has pretty good shopping place...
Also, on the inside of Bellagio, there is this picture spot that they change the theme occasionally, i thought it can be nice. And at night, they'd have the water show in the front for every 15-minutes i think, and it's free :)
Circus circus has a whole floor lever for arcade games where you can play for cheap and win prizes! And they also have an indoor-theme park, with rides and whatnot. Oh, and they have a free circus act you can watch for every 15minutes.
At the Treasure Island, they also have a pirate-show kinda thing at night too, i think that one is hourly..
And their newest hotel (i think), Wynn, has pretty picture spots too!
Well, that's just SOME things, and i suggest you just go inside each hotels. Go to hotel to hotel, it's fine. That's what i do :) Every hotel has their own theme, and you should enjoy it. And if you like shopping, make sure to chekout the outlet! Oh, and Vegas has the best buffets!!! Have a fun trip :)

Every hotel has all kinds of things to do. They have arcades roller coasters, motion simulator rides, Imax theaters, and lots of shopping. And the best hotels to go to if you can't gamble are the Luxor, Excalibur, MGM Grand, New York New York, Circus Circus, the Stratosphere, Caesars Palace, the Venitian, and the Paris Resort and Casino. All of those hotels have something for everyone. And when you go to Caesars Palace you definitely have to check out the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. You should also check out this web site www.lasvagas.com

Don't do it, wait till you are 21. You can not legally stand next to him while he gambles because you are suppose to be 21 to be in the gaming areas.
