What is the legal age to buy porn? (serious question)?

Is it 18 or 21?

Because i noticed some websites say you must be 18 or older and others say 21 or older. Whats the real age you have to be?

Actually it is 18 years of age. The 21 or older bit is due to the laws about entering into contractual agreements-in this case, the contract to pay for the porn.

An 18 year-old can stop by any newsstand and buy a copy of "Hustler" or any other X-rated magazine where the city ordinances allow it to be sold.

In Oklahoma it is 18 but it may vary from state to state
