Strange pains any ideas?

I've been having weird pain in my ovaries for like three weeks. I've had my period so I know I'm not pregnant but I've still been throwing up and I'm tired all the time. I do have Endomitriosis though. Any idea what could be causing this

This can be related to the endometriosis. One of the symptoms I have had before with my endometriosis is ovulation type pains that were very sharp even though my period had already come and gone. I found that I noticed it to be more of a problem around my left ovary than my right. I've talked to other women with endo that have also noticed this to be the case.
