Curtis Martin is by far the better rb!!! 4th all time on the career rushing list and easily could have been 3rd if not for the injury. Dont get me wrong Tiki was a great rb himself but definitely not as good as Martin. Curtis Martin will definitely be in the H.O.F. and i highly doubt Tiki will be.

I thought this was easy, with Martin being far ahead of Tiki( surprised by some many thinking the other way)
Martin 14 yrs, Barber 10
Pro Bowls: Martin 5, tiki 3
Rushing TD: CM is 12th with 90, TB is 41st with 55
Rushing/Rec TD: CM is 20th with 100, TB is not in the top 50
Yards from Scrimage: CM is 7th, TB is 10th
Rushing Yards, CM is 4th!!!, TB is 17th
Fumbles, CM 14, TB 25
Martin pass for 2 TD, Barber ran a kick off for 1 TD

Barber has more Rec yards, 5,183 to CM 3,329,
TB has more KR and PR yards( martin never did that)
and more tackles, 29 to Martins 14 and 1 Ast.

But as far as RB I think Curtis is far ahead( Tiki might could have caught him, But Barry might have beat Emmitt had he keep playing)

That's a tough question. When you look over the course of their careers I think Curtis Martin meant more to the Jets year in year out than Tiki did for the Giants. When Tom Coughlin came into town Tiki became the better back, but Martin did it year in year out. I'd say the best career of the two belongs to Martin.

I don't know how this is even a question. Martin had been a back you could depend year after year until he started approaching his retirement, and Tiki has a few great years of recent memory. The man who listed all the stats has enough proof, and fer christ's sake, he has 10 years straight of 1,000 or more yards! And just because Tiki has 2,000 more receiving yards doesn't mean a whole lot...it just means he caught passes out of the backfield more than Martin.

Curtis Martin is by far the better running back. He is a shoe-in for the Hall of Fame, while Tiki Barber gives up on his team while they needed him. He couldn't handle some hits. Curtis Martin would play until he was 80 if he was able to. He's a man like that.... not a metrosexual-slightly-better-
than-average-worried-about- his-pretty-little-face-wuss Tiki.

How can you guys pick Tiki? He had what 2-3 good years? Martin had 10 straight good years! Martin is going to the Hall Of Fame. Tiki to the broadcast booth.

martin had a longer career, but add in tiki's receiving yardage and you will see that he was the better all around back.Curtis was one dimensional., he played 4 more years and had roughly 3.000. yards less receiving...and didn't lead his team to the super bowl like tiki.
