I've been out there in a twenty foot boat and due to the Walleyes hitting like crazy, we didn't want to come in. The wind, waves and rain? waves were about six foot, that was enough for me but, for some reason the Walleyes were hitting so hard, my son was on the wheel to keep the boat into the wind and waves, I was Manning four lines, two were getting hits constantly, with my wife huddled in the front cover our limit was fifteen Walleyes, we filled out so fast I couldn't believe it, big Walleyes all seven to twelve pounds, it's never happen again. It had to be the rough water, the waves had to be six to eight feet, we were going straight up and straight down, I was pulling lines hanging on to the boat with one arm.

It got worse as we came in, we were the only ones foolish enough to be out there, fifteen Walleyes and, God was with us that day.

My brother has a 70 foot boat. We were right in Hurricane Rita. Hours of when will it end waves and wind. Then everything got deathly calm and I thought; "Thank God it over" then the backside hit as we were inside the eye, Hours of when will it end waves and wind. Ha! But, God was there with us the whole time, and believe me; I was talking to Him ALL that time! ;-)

For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. ~ Romans 8:38-39
