Go to a farm & get some leather off a cow.

I would try and find a salvage yard and see if they have a set. If you have no luck with that, then it is time to look up an automotive upholstery shop and then you can get what ever kind of custom leather you want. good luck.

you may also be able to find some at the local wrecking yard or custom shop
