Depends on the mood because they all can be sexy at different times, but I would say lace because it is feminine, sexy, and leaves something to the imagination.

lace in pink red or black is really sexy but then strip down to nothing and itl still be sexy. cotton is kinda frumpy to me and sheer is kinda trashy
