A local plummer has been advertising that his competition shows up with 'plummer's cleavage' and a 'pocket donut.' They never do explain what a pocket donut is, though.

I have never heard this phrase, but possibly a can of dip in his shirt pocket? A man who should be wearing "support" in the upper region? A can of dip in his shirt pocket over his chest?

Maybe he's refering to a condom? it looks like a donut when it's rolled up. (Just a guess).
