My favorite is either Vol.4 or Sabotage. I like all the Ozzy era albums though.

Sabbath Bloody Sabbath is the best Ozzy album and Heaven and Hell is the best Dio album. I loved Paranoid but what cinched it for me was the work of Yes keyboardist Rick Wakeman on Sabbath Bloody Sabbath. Technical Ecstasy was crap but I did kinda like Sabotage even though it really wasn't a critical success. It was a tough call because Sabbath Bloody Sabbath and Paranoid are both classic albums.

Paranoid. I was a young percussionist at that time and was thrilled by anything Sabbath did. I would have to say that paranoid was my favorite though. Then came Smoke on the water by Deep Purple.
