its called MIND control and programming.
in some cases its a politically correct peer pressure thing.
if a group of people are led by false teachers and false doctrines, people will automatically turn off what the truth is.

It's the programming we're running. People need to shut down, reboot and run a different program. One that's not easily excepted but more informative none the less. I used to believe everything I heard, saw, and read. Now, I'm realizing all the lies that I was led to believe, and now I see past that. Once you cross that line into reality, there's no going back.
I'd rather be upset with the truth than be upbeat with a bunch of crap. Like once said "Give me liberty or give me death."

Because the truth isn't always apparent and people rationalize. People lie for so many reasons, it is in their interests. They don't want to face prosecution or other adverse effects. People's perceptions, values, and beliefs interfere also. People make fast judgments that are often incorrect. They don't bother to change them because it usually takes work and that means effort. I think a lot of people are just plain lazy and don't care enough to make the effort.

Sometimes it's easier to accept a lie than the truth. I'm not that type of person I want the truth and I will face the consequences of the truth. Remember the truth finds a way of getting out even when you don't want it too.

Sometimes truth isn't appealing! Lies add flavor, to a subject.

I have never been "ready" to accept lies, but they do cross my unbeaten path.
I prefer the truth myself, and will keep my eyes open to attain it.

Take adverts on TV - fascinatingly attractive - deliciously deceiving - and often delightfully morally bankrupt.

they hardly accept truth because it will hurt them. the impact of it will be shattering that they began to ignore and build up the dream that they succeed even they knew better than us that they really gone to deep to failure
