Im a nice and quiet person whom some label as a nerd.(but my friends realize that I can be funny at times and loves music SO much)...and yet some dedicate their lives to making mine hell. There are a handful of girls in school whom, among various mean things, attempt to sabotage my projects for school and talk rudely to me. And then there are the boys...the really stupid ones who follow those girls around like sheep also enjoy being annoying. They took it into their duty to throw a few pebbles at me in p.e. class....
Why are these people so rotten, and how can I get them to stop!?

Either ignore it, stand up to them, or punch them in the goddamn face.
Middle/high school is the worst age group of people ever, especially girls... they're vicious. Obviously you're better than them if you haven't done this sort of thing to others, so don't worry to much about it.
If they pelt you with a rock, though, seriously... tell someone. That's obviously physical abuse. Or just punch them if you don't mind getting in trouble.

boys that age will do anything girls want them to do. so they're not the source of the problem, imho. the girls you mentioned on the other hands are just cruel. from little that i know i think they want to pick on someone that they know wouldn't fight back or if that someone does fight back those girls know that they can win. so i think what you will have to do is to show them that you will fight back and that you can kick their behinds.
since you mentioned that you were label as a nerd, i suggest you use the best tool that you have to fight back.

go to the guidance counselor's office. Get your parent to make an appointment for the 2 of you to talk to her. You deserve a safe education environment. If you get no help there contact the Superintendant of Education.

I used to have that problem, I change my appearance from the happy kid that seems easy to push around, to the kid that will ******* knock your teeth in if you say the wrong thing to him. I intimidate people, but i'm still the same guy on the inside......

Pray for them - i know that sounds crazy - but i also know it works (by experience) - seriously - ask the Lord to please soften their hearts toward you - and to protect you from any harm physical or mental - do this for a week or so - just try it*
Jesus WILL come through for you !
