What are the reasons for that and how I can overcome to the problem?

Try a system restore to the date when everything was working OK.

its possible the driver for your usb ports was deleted. If you can, find the drivers for it online or on a cd and install/reinstall it again. Also as some other people said,try doing a system restore to a date that you remember the usb ports working. And if none of that works, you may have to buy an internal usb port, or get a usb hub that doesn't connect to your computer with another usb thats already on your computer,something such as a firewire port. that also happened to me. well just buy a USB cable or USB ports. there are many available in stores.
