The video card

My case dimensions 14.50H x 7.25W x 16.50D
And motherboard Intel 945G

So will it cool it efficiently because I don't think the stock cooling would be enough?

Make sure it fits and that you do not void the warranty of the new card.
But take note that you would still be cooling the card with warm air inside the case. I would rather opt for the stock cooler but improve case airflow a lot.

That Zalman you linked to isn't a fan, it's an entire heatsink, with fan. To install it, you have to completely remove your video card's old heatsink. BTW, why are you asking, when you don't even own the video card yet?

Buy the card first, and see what temps it runs while you're gaming. As long as the gpu's temps are under 100C, you're fine; video cards are made to run much hotter than cpu's. Besides, 7900 GS's are cool running cards.

Yes, it will probably cool it much better than the stock fan on that card. Keep in mind this will void your warranty though.

Good luck
