Because they hate the U.S. Although many argue that the coverage of those cheering was a minority in the Middle East, not one Middle Eastern country (except Israel) condemned the act publicly. No Arab country offered any support to the U.S. after the tragedy, in spite of the fact that the U.S. is always the first to help other countries in times of need.
