Is she not putting out? Is she spending a lot of time with friends or places that your not sure about? Dose she seem distant, like more than usual? If so, than she probably is, but if she is giving you no reason to feel that way, than she's probably not. My husband accuses me of it all the time, and I don't even think about anyone else, but both his ex wives cheated so he thinks I will. I totally don't believe in breaking your vows, it's the most evil thing you can do to your lover and best friend.

With no facts, who knows? You need more than a suspicion. Some men just make those kind of accusations when their wife talks to another man, even though she is doing nothing wrong. What kind of man are you? Be careful, if you are that kind of man you will eventually push her away.

It seems like if you wanted to tell a bit about the situation, you would get better answers...I hope she isn't. There are usually clues. If you have not one or two but several clues, it might be time to come right out and ask - calmly.
