The expression is "You are going to Hell IN a handbasket" meaning you will be hand delivered to Satan's door step for living in sin.

Actually the phrase is "Going to Hell IN a handbasket", so I guess Hell must be in Texas. (Certainly gets hot enough for it to be there.)
