The previous answers are correct...this test looks for lumps that could indicate testicular cancer and evidence of a hernia. "Everything is fine" is exactly what you want to hear.

The reason I replied was to mention the importance of self-examinations. Breast cancer groups have done a pretty good job of letting women know that they need to do regular breast self-exams (pink ribbon campaigns and all that)...but I've never seen any posters or pamphlets that give the same advice to men! Testicular cancer is the most common cancer in men aged 15 to 35! Doing a monthly exam to check for lumps may help you identify a problem early when the treatment success rates are high...a small lump can grow quite a bit in the year (or more) between physicals!

I'm not an expert by any means.. But I am in the health profession and have some experience. I believe that all the touching is to make sure there are no lumps.. They would normally take specimens and blood to make sure there are no diseases. If he said that there was nothing wrong that meant that everything he felt was normal. And if they find anything else. The would give you a call at home within a week or so.

They check for abnormal temperature, lumps (cancer), bumps, color, and they have you turn your head and cough to make sure that your muscles that pull your balls closer to your body (I think they're called your suspensory ligaments) are working correctly.
It means he didn't find anything to worry about by examining you. However, it doesn't mean that you definitely have no diseases, as doctors can't see everything happening on the insides just by looking at the outsides.

What were you at the doctor's for in the first place? If you were there for an ear ache and he touched your balls, you should have told him you wanted a kiss, too.

That means you are healthy. I would say you are free of testicular cancer and disease.

lumpy ballas are bad mmm- k? Cysts, cacer, ect.
also if he had you cough...he would have been checking for a hernia, which may worsen with weight lifting ect. If you cough and you feel somthing "fill up you nut sack", thats a bad hernia...you intestines would be squeezing into your jewel sack and it can be felt.

they exam you everywhere, including there to make sure everything appears normal, if he said everything is fine, then he does not have any reason to suspect cancer or decease.
