Does anyone know of elderly care services in Pakistan- particularly in Karachi? My dad who lives in Karachi, recently had a stroke that has left him paralyzed and is now unable to take care of himself there. He does not want to relocate to the U.S. and we don't want to move to Pakistan. So we are wondering if there are any quality nursing homes in Karachi where he my get the attention he requires and deserves.

From all the reports I see, quality nursing homes in Pakistan do not exist because of the reluctance of the Muslim population to recognize the necessity of elderly care.
Your best bet would be to hire a private nurse to live in and care for him. You should also find an elder advocate (lawyer or guardian) to see that his needs are met.
You might find some help from the Pakistan Ministry of health.

There are homes...but I don't know what kind of care they give.

I DONT KNOW ABOUT THE CARE FACILITIES IN PAKISTAN.
BUT HAVE U EVER SEEN HOW THE OLD PEOPLE WHO CANNOT TAKE CARE OF THEMSELVES ARE KEPT AND TREATED IN THE OLD AGE HOMES
WHEN PEOPLE LIKE US VISIT TO SUCH INSTITUTIONS WE HAVE TO TAKE CARE WHETHER THE DONATIONS WE DO TO THESE INSTITUTIONS ARE USED PROPERLY OR NOT.
AND THINK OVER IT IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO UR FATHER AND U CANNOT REACH THEM IN TIME, DO U KNOW IF ANYTHING AS SUCH HAPPENS U WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SIT WITH PEACE THE WHOLE LIFE.
SO BETTER TAKE CARE THAT UR FATHER LIVES WITH U ONLY BECAUSE IN ANY CONDITIONS HE IS UR FATHER
