On the contrary, this land used to have a form of horse a very very long time ago, though it's thought that humans probably hunted them for food rather then used as horses today. So technically horses were re-introduced, along with the concept of jumping on their back...

probabaly not..because native americans did not ride horses until they saw that from the colony groups came from europe especially spain...that was one of the main reason how could those colonies survived for a long time..it was quite advantageous for scouting, rapid and unexpected attacks,fighting on the battle field..if the native americans were already riding horses probably colonization would not be achieved...

Have you ever tried to ride a bull, a buffalo? Then again buffalos are not like bulls of domesticated cattle, eh?

Buffalo have not trusted a human being since it saw the first buffalo taken for food.

they only killed the buffalo for this very own survival. They used the furs to maintain heat, they ate the beef, they used all the flaws of the buffalo. They used their bow and arrows. i don't recognize why you think of they did no longer have horses.
