"If" that is what happened the flight attendant needs to be looking for a new job.
That was just one side of the story. Some how I do not think that is all that happened.

the first time I heard of a child and her parents being kicked off a plane..it was because the child would not get into her seat ..this was causing a delay in the flight and her parents were doing little to nothing to correct the situation...I totally agreed with the coarse of action taken......
but this...no, I believe the flight attendant totally overstep her bounds...to suggest to this woman to drug her child it's a little to much..and this kid saying "bye bye plane"..while it maybe highly annoying ..it was not prohibiting this flight from taking off....I think this was a total overreaction and uncalled for....If I was this woman I would hire a good attorney and sue the airline ...than I would find out if this attendant has children ..and if she does..than I would ask social services in her area to check into whether this woman is into drugging her own children..since she was quick to suggest the method and the product that can be used.......
what a disgrace...

If this is the older story I heard about the mother and misbehaved son on an airline flight, then I would side with the flight attendents who tried to get the woman to quiet the son, and when all else failed asked them to get off the plane.

Personally, I don't think it's a big deal. The child was speaking/singing while the flight attendant speaking.
As a person who flew as a child, my mother taught me to listen, pay attention, and sit still while the flight attendant(s) were speaking.
But maybe the flight attendant was having a bad day, most likely she'll lose her job. The kid will have a college fund.

That was completely unnecessary and the fight attendant needs to be fired immediately. To advise the mother to give the child Benydril is ridiculous and the airline should be ashamed. This woman should definitely take legal action.

I saw that and thought the stewardess was out of line...Little kids always say things. As far as the airline, I think it was a shame that the paying Customer was kicked off, if it were my airline, I would have the stewardess fired..She over reacted and what if it was a "Real Emergency?"

That's right sheeple. Accept this Yahoo story without question. Forget that it contains no FACTS, just the Mom's allegations. No wonder we're in a stupid war...
