I need more info on how to build four houses on some land that I have where do I start with the plans???

You will need to get a survey done. Take that and your plot plan to the building dept. in your area. You will need to know if there are any deed restrictions as well. Start with local access laws, and property usage (zoning) laws, then water and sewage, then electric service. If you get those straightened away, go for it.
