I'm fairly close to many of my friends, and as a giver and reciever of many hugs and kisses, I have a question for you?
Why choose between two of the most amazing things in the world? I mean, unless you're hugging a cactus or a mortal enemy, hugging can brighten anyone's day even just a little. And a kiss is nearly always amazing...when done properly at least.
So there's my answer: Why choose? Let's enjoy both!

I perfer hugs because you can hug a stranger. Kisses are for more intiment relationships. I do not like air kisses they just look silly. but a side to side hug is always acceptable.

depend who it comes from parents and family hugs my fiance kisses who wouldn't but i really don't have a favorite would have to say both

I love hugs! It's just something about holding the people you love...whether it's your partner or your relatives. It just feels good. :)
I enjoy kisses too though!
