This is classed as fraud i would think!!! and is 1 of a number of incidents i have been put through including victimisation and discrimination

As long as you have the proof, you can sue him/her in small claims court for the max wherever you live.

No, it is Forgery. You need to see an attorney about this. You may have given him the authorization to do so without realizing it. Of course, you may not have done that either.

Talk to a lawyer or legal aide. Then let HR know whats going on. And make sure you let HR know you have already seeked legal consultation.

And you may have to look for another job.

File an Internal grievance report--If that doesn't work-- see an attorney.

if you are questioned tell them that is not your signature. unless you saw your boss sign it then you can not say he did. it does not matter if someone told you he did.you have to see it for yourself
