Was it in the movie's soundtrack? I like the way it was used at the end of the movie.

....being a devoted fan of the music of composer John Harrision (he also did the soundtrack to one of director George Romero's previous films, "Creepshow", another personal favorite), this is absolutely my most favorite movie soundtrack; "The Dead Suite", an almost 20-minute composition, which is stretched and cut throughout the film, plays almost like a grim and foreboding journey, where at the end, you feel as if you've survived something most arduous and draining...but survived to what??

The composition you're talking about, entitled "The World Inside Your Eyes", was also composed by John Harrison, with grim, mesmerizing vocals by 'Spudzy' Sparacino and Delilah; it is probably my second favorite selection on the soundtrack.

I tried to do a cursory check, to see if the soundtrack is still available on CD (in 2002, a limited edition, 3000-copy edition of the soundtrack was released on CD; I was fortunate enough to get one, as I had virtually worn both my LP record album and cassette), but wasn't able to find anything. Perhaps Ebay might have something...
