Can i mail them and then send them my tape or something,and resume,and get agent??

NEVER mail anything to Disney, or anyone in the entertainment industry unless they ASK you to mail them something.
No, no, no, NO!!! YOU NEVER mail ANYTHING to a Casting Director, Director, Talent Manager, Talent Agent or Producer, unless they ask you to mail them something.
YOU never send unsolicited (that means THEY DID NOT ASK YOU TO SEND THEM SOMETHING.) You must be very careful it's very, very bad to mail something that was not requested.
Unless you were a Disney actor as a child, it is not likely they will hire you. Disney actors start acting very young, Britney Spears, Raven Symone, they were child actors. They start the actors as kids.
