Okay I have been EV training my Blissey using the various power items while having it infected with the Pokerus, but soon enough the purple sign that said pokerus is gone and was replaced by a smiley face. I was wondering since I am in the middle of my EV training if I still receive the benefits of the Pokerus if the sign is gone. Please Help!

I wouldnt think so. You can however put a pokerus pokemon in your pc and it stay on that pokemon forever. THen you could potentially have pokerus on all your pokeom all the time.
