I've never taken that particular brand of birth control pill but I can answer based on my experience of being on and off the pill for 10 years.

Being on the pill can cause breast tenderness because of the hormones in it but I found the easiest way to take care of that problem was to get a bigger sized bra. As for weight gain, yes, it like other kinds of birth control pills has the potential to cause weight gain. That weight gain is mostly water and it is caused by the hormones that are in the pill.

Some women can have problems with acne on the pill if the brand is not the right one for them. Some brands can make being on the pill be a challenge from the point of mood issues too if it is not the right one for them.

Some can have nausea as well because of the time of the day they take it so for them (myself included) we had to change the time of day we take it to lessen the possibility of this problem.
