I found this bike arizona it has 1500 miles on it i dont know what it is worth the guy wonts to sell it!!! someone tell me what to pay HELP!!!!

MAKE SURE IT RUNS!!!!!!
If it wont start, offer him a 12 pack and $50 bucks.
Tell him to include all the parts he pulled off trying to get it to run the last time he worked on bike.
Drink a beer before you decide anything.

what are you comfortable paying?why so few miles?is rather small also.
