That's the state law here in Texas. There have so many car accidents caused by intoxication or the driver was to busy paying more attention to his cell phone than what was on the road that people demanded that the state crack down.

no i think thats not resonable i think if your going to get that many years probation then the accident must have been really bad and they should go to jail if its that bad.
