tired of defending myself and everyone in the family always turns things around on me its not right what should i do nexttime it happens iam suffering from depression i dont need this right now

stop defending yourself. let her say what wants to say. when she's done yakking excuse yourself and walk away. the more you entertain her, the more she'll keep going and going. be strong for yourself. don't let her nagging problem get to you (i know you can't help it, it's normal, of course). she is the one who has the problem not you. i believe she is the depressed one. i have the same experience about having someone turning things around on me when we argue. of course, i let him know it, too. and then, i just learned to ignore it now as much as i can. i just made me a tougher person. don't let her or anyone else get you depress. focus yourself on something else. goodluck to you and again be strong.
