phrases? um, just be yourself, or you will sound like a cheese ball and make her uncomfortable and wonder where all that came from. If you want to spice it up, go get some toys and maybe a couple of tapes, do that as a couple, include her, ask her what she likes. If you start ratteling off what some random person tells you to say, your wife may question your loyalty, shes a women and thats how we think, sudden changes, new stuff out of the blue and sudden. Just a suggestion, but include your wife if you want to spice it up. Ask her if she feels like you do the same stuff to much. She married you, she should be the one to have the privelege to have her say in spicing things up. cheers and good luck to you, include your wife!!!!!

When things got a little stale with us, I lay next to her and asked her to tell me about her fantasies. It was a little slow going at first, until we both felt really safe, but eventually she was able to share all kinds of wild thoughts. The fantasies ended up opening all kinds of doors for things to do and say in bed, and it's really helped keep things fresh.

He tells me things like I am everything to him I am so sexy that I exhite him so much. He loves how I feel (but in detail) That he is the happiest and luckiest guy in the world. He tells me how much he loves me and why. He says alot of this over but it doesnt matter he makes me feel very loved and wanted. So I'll listen!!!

You are so sensually beautiful. The touch of your hair its so soft but not quite as soft as your milky skin, or mocha skin or choclate skin or,,,you get the picture ;-) Run you fingers across her lips softly feeling ever bump and tell her how full and plump her lips are that her mouth makes you want to melt into her. my goodness I think I am going to ask myself out on a date :-)
