Well yes and no.
A homosexual female has less chance. A homosexual male does.
An introvenus drug user also have a high chance.
Part of the reason HIV spread so rapidly in the gay community was because the sexual behaviour of gay males allowed the virus to spread and because men can't get each other pregnant they didn't use protection.
It was because of HIV that safe sex became so prominant in the gay community.
Of course anyone practicing unsafe sex puts them at risk of contacting HIV.
Statistacly speaking they do have a higher chance of having aids, at least in the western world they do.
If you look at the HIV problem in other countries it is spread by very differnt means and effects a differnt part of the population. In some countries it is the use of (hetrosexual) prostitues that is spreading the disease to many hetrosexual people.

HIV and AIDS are devastating to every community they affect. Aids was, and to some extent still is, known as the "Gay Plague" which is quite misleading. This attitude arose from what the media promoted as a 'promiscuous society' but in fact there is no reason to suggest gays are any more or less promiscuous than straight people. Africa has the highest percentage of HIV and AIDS sufferers than anywhere else, and how many of them do you think are gay? Only a small percentage. The reality is that if you don't use protection when having sex or share needles when injecting drugs then you have a higher chance of catching not just HIV or AIDS but any number of diseases.

Well seeing as HID isn't related to AIDS, then NO
However, if you're speaking of HIV, the V stand for Virus. Don't know what a D would stand for.
And that is a misconception that homosexuals have more of a likelihood of carrying the virus.
First, think about how lesbians have sex. Second, men, whether homosexual or heterosexual are just as horny as the next guy and there's just as much chance that they are sexually responsible or not. You can't group people like that.

I would say no because of the the transmission of sperm into the direct bloodstream also goes for a straight female if she engages in unsafe sex with a HIV+ guy. The chances are greater for females, gay bottom guys that engage in unsafe sex. But everybody is at risk if unprotected...
Now if Gay people have more unprotected sex which I dont think they do this may be true....

Depends if they share needles, but all things considered Anal, whether Homo or Hetero is more likely to cause sheath rupture than vaginal so again the chances are greater except no one in their right mind goes bareback anal with the intention of procreating. Stick to Oral, (I told my son Oral was talking about it and he believed me)

yes, they have a much higher inceidence regardless of the gay activist propaganda. In the US 52% of new cases of HIV are gay men between 18-35. Yet gay men are less than 10% of the population.

no, that's just a generalizing stereotype...thanks to the media. from the very beginning, they gave a very skewed view of the epidemic. from the very beginning...the majority of those who have infected and have been infected are heterosexuals.
