Damn right! For one reason; he KNEW about his condition beforehand! That COULD be construed as attempted murder, or some such charge!

Yes. He knew when he sneaked back through Canada that he was considered dangerous--that's why he didn't fly back to America--and look at the stress and upset they had to endure when it came out about him. Why shouldn't they sue?

Yes-- he KNEW that he had a potentially highly contagious disease.... he was advised that he shouldn't travel--- as an attorney, you would think he could be expected to have enough intelligence to know what that meant....
but then again..... wonder how many tries it took him to pass the bar.....

he should have been wearing a mask,so that no one would have gotten infected.i'd sue the pants off that guy then find the airline at fault also.everybody would feel the the wrath of the LENSTA......

No, not unless someone gets sick. Then they can go sue whoever told that guy it was okay to travel.

Yes, I do. he knowingly traveled with a communicible disease and I am sure they all had to get tested. he was told not to travel.
