Not directly, no.

But as with anything, if you take the time (or spend the money...) modifications could be made to make them fit.

You need to decide whether it's worth the time and/or money.

As long as the stem is the same length you shouldn't have a problem, kawasaki didn't muck about with bearing sizes a lot.
Shame its not a honda, they used the same sized bearings on everything above 250 cc.
The other alternative is to remove the gt stem and fit it to the kz 1000 yokes. (grind the rings of weld off, press them out and swap it over then re-weld it.)
