Hp and the weight and aerodynamics of the vehicle are major factors. At a guess I would say between 200 and 250 if installed in a descent car body. The fastest I have ever heard of a single engine normally aspirated vehicle going was a chrysler hemi driven by Al Teaque to 411 mph.The only gm I can remember going in the 300's had twin engines and blew up at something like 389 mph.I'm sorry I can't remember the driver or car but it could have been Mickey Thompson.

Top speed depends on maximum engine RPM and gear ratio. If a 704cid has 900hp and a 283cid has 300hp but they have the same engine redline, they'll have the same top speed.
There's other 'non-mechanical' factors like weight and aerodynamics but I won't get into that.

It depends on so many factors outside the engine that this question is impossible to answer without knowing the car, the trans, the gears, and the mods to the engine.

Top speed is set by the trans and drive train of the car or truck.CID just gets you there faster.Hope this helps.
