So before you married him you didn't ask or notice that he was not capable of taking care of a married family? The questions you should have asked you didn't. What were your combined thoughts on careers, having children, future goals, religion? Did you spend any time on this? Hormones don't make a marriage. Now you are probably headed toward divorce. He was lazy prior to your marriage...he will be lazy forever. Step out now or keep asking this question forever.

Whatever you do, DON'T support his lazy @ss. If it starts this early in the relationship, it sets a trend.
Tell your husband that you're not happy and you expect him to contribute financially to this marriage or you'll leave. Then follow through. If you don't call his bluff, you're going to be stuck with this lazy bum for the rest of your life. Doesn't sound like much fun, does it?

This is something that grows. Tell him that there are no free meals in this world. If he does lose the job, give him 3 weeks to get a new one or you split.
If you can tell he is lazy, then his boss must see it even more.
Good luck to you

can you say looser! it's simple he doesn't care enough about you to take good care of you it looks like he wants you to take care of him,you need a husband a provider not a free loader. tell him strait get a job and be a man or move out, you don't want to start a marriage like that,it's already a bad sign.

Welcome to my club. Better divorce him now before he start depending on you, and start getting his share with your 401K, etc. etc.
