You make sure you are wearing 100% cotton underwear and use a pantyliner if think you need one. DO NOT use sprays, soaps or lotions etc in this area.

Do NOT use baby powder [ talc ] near your privates - it has been linked to ovarian cancer. Cornstarch would be OK if no talc is in it.
1] wear cotton underwear, not too tight
2] carry disposable towelettes - the 'feminine freshness ' ones - to wipe with after you use the bathroom. Baby wipes work too, and don't irritate anything [ unless, of course, you are allergic to something. ]
3] at home, try a hypoallergenic or sensitive skin formula feminine hygiene wash. [ go online and try 'feminine hygiene' ]

Some girls find it helpful to wear scented pantyliners to help with the odor some and change them very regularly. Also, carry some perfume with you so when you feel you need to freshen up a bit you can spritz. You're not the only one, trust me!!

wear cotton crotched panties, as nylon traps heat and moisture and no tight clothing in crotch area as the vulva must breath, feminine hygiene products cause more harm than help if you have a discharge that is causing the oder you may have b/v!
