I have asked Q's previoulsy.
Quick run down....
stopped pill 6 weeks ago- was on for 5 yrs
No period yet- no withdrawal bleed either
have had unprotected sex- try to conceive
still no period???? preg test negative, taken on 14th June so a while ago.
My questions is now, i noticed white stringy like discharge yesterday, does this mean i am ovulating???? so if we have sex like tonight and tomorrow may i become pregnant and if not should i maybe see my period soon....strange enuf i kinda miss it. LOL

Sounds like the egg white consistency you want to see so yes, you probably are ovulating. Get off the computer and start having sex now - the egg has 24 hours and it takes sperm a few hours to get there so don't wait! Best of luck and I hope it works for you but don't despair if it doesn't the first try. It takes most couples 6-12 months to conceive.

It can take a couple months for your body to get used to being off the pill. I would suggest giving it a few months before getting too serious about trying. For now just have fun and relax. Talk to your doctor if you feel you should, or wait a couple months.

yes that is a sigh of ovulation...now normally it comes about 14 days after your period ends...also your period will not be normal for abour 6 months after getting off the pill for that length of time.. take it easy and dont stress ...stress will also cause you to NOT start your period

We used a kit called an ovuscope...you put spit on it and let it dry , then look at it through an eyepiece. If the spit looks "fernlike" you are ovulating. It costs about $25 at wal-mart. Very helpful for us.

wE USED AN OVUALTION KIT YOU PEE ON THE STICK AND IF IT HAS TWO LINES U ARE OVULATIONG AND THEN IT SAYS TO HAVE AS MUCH "FUN" AS YOU CAN IN THREE DAYS THEN NO MORE "FUN" AND THEN IT COMES WITH A PREGNANCY TEST AND ITS ONLY AROUND $19 GOOD LUCK WORKED FOR US AND IM ABOUT TO GO GET IT AGAIN FINGERS CROSSED.
