The A/C was not super good any way in Porsche air cooled 911 condencer on the rear deck lid even with R-12. Pressure readings tell mechanics a lot. R-134 does not remove heat as well. Your car at idle might not cool very well. However there is hope. The expansion Valve is in the compartment under the front hood. change it over to a R-134 expansion valve and enough extra refrigerant should move to take heat away better. (10 to one) 20 psi low side and 200 psi high side. System is properly charged when out side temp is the same as pressure sataionary 80 degrees 80 psi both sides. then switch the compressor on and low side dropps and high side gos up.

Alan the R134 doesn't do a very good job cooling yourself inside the car because the temps are about 11 deg. higher but we're talikng duct temperature of the air out the vents. In temparatures of 100 deg.F or higher the r-12 is the best especially in states of New Mexico and Arizona both states are really hot in the summertime. In temperature the air from the vents should be at least 50 deg. F regardless of any arguments about this subject. GOOD LUCK

It will depend on the outside temp but usually an AC will put out temps as low as 65 degrees
