It depends on what you are wanting to do.
Learning programming is not a walk in the park.

No. Reason being? It's a waste in my opinion and here is why. It's much cheaper to have it out sourced to other countries. For example, the Russians are doing a LOT of coding now a days. It's so much cheaper for the US to pay them to do it. Have you considered Computer Forensics? Or maybe Unix Admin? That would be a option. Or, think about computer hardware. But honestly, I would stay away from anything to do with coding. That's just my opinion. How does anyone else feel about this?

My guess would be "No.".

Most compilers are very sensitive to spelling errors and I think that would be a problem.

LOL! If you don't have the patience to spell out the word "should", or to check you spelling, then I would say "no.".
