Aren't those called 'collections' or anthologies? I don't think there's a specific word for 4 stories in one book. Unless you're talking about 3 books about the same story which is obviously trilogy. Then after 4 books it's then a series.

It depends on now long the stories are. If they are somewhere between 50 and 125 pages long, they are novellas. So, the entire book is either a collection of short stories, a collection of novellas, or a mixture of both.

Do you mean a tetralogy? That would be four as opposed to the more popular trilogy. A pentalogy would be five.
