I know of one liberal that is supporting the lower of the age of consent, he tried to convince me that the current age limits is a violation of the younger persons rights.

Political bigotry is alive and well in Yahoo!
Issue is important to bring up.
Democrats fight for our freedoms.
When they do, and go too far, Patriotic Republicans are there to serve as breaks.
And when we go to war, defending our country and it's interests, it is the job of Patriotic Democrats to serve as brakes.
Neither side needs the seditious nonsense spread about our Presidents. That only helps our enemies.
Political bigotry helps no one except our enemies as well.
We're going to differ. That's what makes us strong.
Keep fighting for what you believe, but put the country first. See your fellow Americans for what they are, not what you fear.

Looks like conservatives would know this............the bible says that girls that are past the flowering of her age, she can be married.
Wonder what "flowering" means?
Puberty.

Studies have also shown that younger parents in the right settings of course, are better parents and more equipped to handle small children. They don't have as many problems with fertility and pregnancy's

Children are developing sexually younger. Turning a blind eye to underage sex just won't work. There needs to be a massive overhaul in education, not necessary a big liberation of sex but definately a focus where kids can learn and discover without getting pregnant. But you kind of shoot yourself in the foot by blaming the Democrats for molestation.
