A round lot. Apparently you used to get a price discount for trading in round lots, but now the only reason to buy or sell stocks in 100 share increments now is if you want to sell options contracts on them.

Often when people buy and sell stocks, they do it on "Lots" of 100.

Less than 100 shares are called "odd lots" or "broken lots."
