Do you mean "Fertile" or do you mean "Sexually Active"?
If you mean 'Fertile' than until she reaches Menopause, which can be anytime between 40 and the mid 50's.
If you mean 'Sexually Active', then it can be until she dies which could be anytime into her 90's or older, or until she lacks the desire for sex.

Walter B is correct.
the only thing i would add is that later in life, closer to menopause, more birth defects are common.
therefor it is best if a female has a child earlier in her life, each year she waits past about 35, increases her chances of birth defects, such as mental and physical handicaps.
